The food met and even exceeded its aesthetic appeal. I ordered the nachos with pulled pork. The pork was tender and very flavorful, and the hot salsa was just hot enough, without drowning the other flavors. The King ordered a unique fusion dish that Qdoba aptly named Mexican Gumbo. The dish seems to be cross between a tortilla soup and a burrito bowl that you enjoy with a spoon. He ordered his with chicken, black beans, and Qdoba's hot salsa. Although he prefers a Chicken Caesar Wrap for lunch, he was very satisfied with the Mexican Gumbo and would order it again. The portions are large, and the prices are relatively low. That lands Qdoba Mexican Grill high on the value scale. Our meals were in the $6-$7 range.
Well done, Qdoba, well done.
